Well this morning i had a bit of a shock it was so bad that i had to take pictures, because i just couldn't believe a Welder would simply do poop like that and then leave it.
I'm making a Lighting Gantry out of 100 x 100 x 10 RSA and you can imagine its pretty large and the welds have to be a decent fillet with good penatration, been doing fine myself until yesterday when they told me that a guy on night shift will finish off what i didn't manage to do during the day.
Well take a peek and tell me if this is bog standard welding or worst :(
You wouldn't believe how ANGRY i got this morning at 7am. I spent the next 2.5 hours grinding out every weld that bloke did and re doing it.
Surely you can see its a load of Poop, why do it?? and he's a welder too, or at least he thinks he is.
